Assessments We Use

Signature Themes
This report reveals a person's five most dominant gifts and how to translate those gifts into talents.

School Place Big 5
This assessment draws out preferences and traits in an individual. The results illustrate their personality as characterized by five super-traits and twenty-four sub-traits. The super-traits include: Need for Stability (the degree to which we respond to stress), Extraversion (the degree to which we enjoy sensory bombardment), Originality (the degree to which we are open to change), Accommodation (the degree to which we defer to others), and Consolidation (the degree to which we are driven to achieve).

The Passion Test
The Passion Test is a questionnaire within a workbook that will help your child discover their passions and provide a system for living a passionate life. This test also leads them through a number of exercises to narrow their focus on the areas in their life that they feel most passionate about, and presents a process to realize those passions in life.

One-on-One Coaching (optional)
Young adults are given the option to purchase a bank of time to speak with a trained coach one-on-one. This time is provided in one-hour blocks and can be used throughout their lifetime whenever they identify a need for professional advice.

Asset Inventory (optional)
As parents, you are as intimately involved in your child's decision making processes as they are. Based on that premise, Invisionit offers the option of an Asset Inventory for parents. This asset inventory provides a comprehensive summary of the findings from the personality assessments given during the one-day session. It provides you with greater insight into your child's true strengths, talents and passions so you can help them find the best direction for their future happiness.

Testimonials

“You don’t often get insight on how to use your strengths and use them in a way that’s going to work best for you. I thought the day would be daunting but it was really great.”
Jenny Cameron, student
Northwestern University

"Finding and living one's passion is a journey that provides each individual the greatest love, satisfaction and joy in their life; and people with passion are making a difference."
Carol M. Cassell
parent and executive vice president
Independent Health

"HOW EXCITING...This looks so cool. I remember changing my major 4-5 times and finally just selecting a major I had the most credits accumulated in - English....I did it in Graduate school as well. It is soooooo important to land in a career you feel passionately about, especially these days given the cost of education. Passion can see you through the beginning years of a career when the money may not be there. It did for me."
