HOW THE
PROGRAM WORKS

  • We have two types of programs that are offered throughout the year.   One is designed for students and the other is designed for those graduating from college or are already working.

  • The programs are similar but for those ready for work or are working, we include how to build a dynamic and effective resume.

  • Based on where you are, you will either take an on-line personality test called SchoolPlace Big Five or a test called WorkPlace Big Five, the most comprehensive and respected personality and career assessments in the industry today.

  • This isn’t like any test you’ve ever taken.  There is nothing like this out there.

  • The assessment will take about 20 minutes. This link will give you a better idea on how it works.  www.invisionitllc.com/schoolplace.

  • We gather your information and put together a personalized book for you.

  • You receive this book when you attend the program.

  • For the next two hours (three hours for those who take the WorkPlace Big Five program that includes building a resume), professional “coaches” will walk you through your results and what they mean.

  • You’ll be entertained by a multi-media show that runs throughout the program that moves you through your book in a fun and exciting way.

  • You’ll spend some time thinking about your passions and how to make them a reality.

  • You’ll be given a “roadmap” on next steps to take.

  • You’ll receive a shirt designed by Dazzle Me Formal TM – a hip, new company founded in Buffalo.

  • After the program, you’ll continue to have access to coaches on-line where you can send in questions you have, and they can help you answer them.

  • Thinking about it?  Check out our FaceBook page and read what others say. Or call us at 716-845-5588 and we’re happy to talk with you.

Testimonials

“Where I’m at at school is a lot about my career and this helped me get closer to my goal. It was fun.”
Annelise Tasker, student
SUNY, Cortland

“Amanda had a ball!! She would not stop talking about it all the way home and then we had to review her report! She said she thoroughly enjoyed the energy that Stephanie and the others brought to the room. Thank you so much for giving her (us) this opportunity!!”
Patti Stolzenburg, parent

“I totally agree with this approach. It's HUGE when it comes to setting one's self up for success. On the most basic level, a left brainer does well when cast as a left brainer. People also tend to do well where their passions and "gifts" lie. The challenge is for individuals to discover what their gifts are and what/who they really are. This is AWESOME.”
Jim Joustra,
Director, New Business Development,
Mergers & Acquisitions, Walgreen
