School Systems
It's important for every young adult to have a successful high school experience and we know that this is a priority for all schools. Invisionit brings value to administrators, faculty and counselors by working with students to help them build a greater sense of self and purpose.
We use validated and highly respected assessment tools that reveal a student's unique gifts, talents, strengths and future career fits. We work with them to uncover and discover an exciting future and purpose, inspiring them to achieve more.
Invisionit has developed two dynamic programs for schools: one for those who are entering or currently enrolled in high school and another for students identified as at-risk for not graduating.
Invisionit’s School Program for High School Students
Students are first introduced to a personality assessment called SchoolPlace Big Five Profile TM, which they take online at school. Next, we follow up with a dynamic, interactive multi-media experience that helps them learn about their unique personality traits, “derailers” that can take them off track, and natural career fits. Results are provided to school counselors who can then offer more targeted and effective guidance.

Invisionit School Program for High School Students At-Risk
It's important for every young adult to graduate from high school. The drop-out rate among young adults is currently at its highest ever and is growing exponentially. We have built a comprehensive year-long program for at-risk students that includes
- A series of personality assessments to determine natural abilities, skills, and career fits
- One-on-one coaching sessions to assist students in discovering their talents and applying them in successful ways
- Exposure to a variety of work environments hosted by community and business leaders
Our goal is to treat all young adults with respect by creating an extraordinary experience at every touch point. By treating them with respect, they learn to respect others and most importantly, themselves.
